COMMON QUESTIONS — SECTION 04
Questions Worth Asking
Who are these programs intended for?
Vaultmind programs are built for working adults and professionals in Malaysia who want to make more informed financial decisions. There is no requirement for prior finance experience — the programs are designed to meet you where you are and build from there.
How are sessions delivered?
Sessions are conducted in small groups with scheduled timings communicated upon enrollment. The Year-Long Mentorship includes individual one-on-one sessions in addition to the group workshops. Details on format and scheduling are shared when you enquire.
Do the programs offer investment advice?
No — Vaultmind is a financial education provider, not a licensed investment adviser. Our programs focus on building understanding, analytical frameworks, and conceptual literacy. Any investment decisions you make remain entirely your own.
What is included in the program fee?
Each program comes with its own set of materials — toolkits, templates, reference guides, or library access as described in the program details. The Year-Long Mentorship additionally includes planning software access and a certificate of completion. There are no hidden costs beyond the stated program fee.
How do I sign up or find out more?
Use the contact form below or call us directly at +60 3-6148 2937. We will respond within one to two business days to discuss availability, program fit, and next steps at a pace that works for you.
Is there a schedule I need to commit to?
The shorter programs (4–5 weeks) have a defined schedule with set session dates. The Year-Long Mentorship is more flexible and is planned around your availability during the initial consultation. We try to work with schedules that are realistic for professionals with full-time commitments.
