1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vaultmind website at vaultmin.info and your participation in any programs or services offered by Vaultmind. By accessing our website or registering for a program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Vaultmind is a financial education provider operating in Malaysia. Our registered place of business is 10 Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman, 50100 Kuala Lumpur.

2. Nature of Our Services

Vaultmind provides financial education programs. Our services are designed to support learning and to develop participants' understanding of financial concepts, decision-making frameworks, and investment instruments.

Important: The information and materials provided through our programs and website are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or any regulated financial service. Vaultmind is not a licensed investment adviser, fund manager, or financial planner under Malaysian law.

Participants are encouraged to seek qualified financial advice from a licensed professional before making any financial decisions.

3. Program Enrollment

Enrollment in a Vaultmind program is subject to the following:

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Programs have limited places. Submission of an enquiry or expression of interest does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any Vaultmind program.
• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants throughout the program.
• Vaultmind reserves the right to reschedule or restructure program sessions to maintain quality. Participants will be notified with reasonable advance notice.

4. Fees and Payment

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in full prior to commencement of the program unless a payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Vaultmind does not charge hidden fees. The price shown for each program is the complete program fee. Any third-party costs (such as bank transfer charges) are the responsibility of the participant.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before program start: Full refund, less any bank processing charges.
• 7 to 14 days before program start: 50% refund of the program fee.
• Fewer than 7 days before program start: No refund, but the enrollment may be transferred to a future intake at no additional cost (one transfer per enrollment).
• After the program has commenced: No refund. Participants who cannot continue due to documented medical or family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation by Vaultmind

In the event that Vaultmind must cancel a program due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including insufficient enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or force majeure), participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. We will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements wherever possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during Vaultmind programs — including workbooks, templates, frameworks, slide decks, and written guides — are the intellectual property of Vaultmind. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use these materials for their own learning purposes.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared publicly, sold, or used commercially without prior written consent from Vaultmind. This includes sharing materials online, with third parties, or within commercial training contexts.

8. Website Use

You may use the Vaultmind website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Malaysian law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications through our contact forms
• Scrape, copy, or extract website content in bulk without our permission
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or disruptive material to the website

9. Accuracy of Information

We take care to ensure the accuracy of content on our website, including program descriptions, pricing, and schedules. However, this information may be subject to change. Confirmed details will always be communicated directly to enrolled participants.

Educational content, examples, and case studies used in our programs are provided for illustrative purposes and may not reflect current market conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Vaultmind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or participation in our programs. This includes, but is not limited to, financial decisions made based on educational content received during a program.

Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us for the specific program in question.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and programs is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Changes to These Terms

Vaultmind may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
